He's not a legendary... just exceptionally rare and the only way you get it is as a reward from beating me

EDIT - Ohmygod. I FAIL. First, I type out the edit and stuff, get distracted, the computer gets turned off. Second, I think I posted. Third, the edit was two days later. Fourth, I DON'T EVEN KNOW!

I think 77-95 and 68-80 is still too large...

try a 12 level difference from lowest to highest, maximum.

I think I shouldve mentioned that only people who helped with the making of pokemon bronze can be a seeker

I probably should have made this clear, but my internet on my computer's been out for the past few days... Only people who helped in the game can be a Seeker. So Eraser, you can't be a Seeker.
Also Shmoopy, your levels are too high to begin with for an Elite Four.
